Background: Hugo was born alongside his twin, Rose, to a big and loving family. Due to his parents being known as war heroes, he often quite a bit of attention and got sick of it to where he began to go to Muggle England just to get a break from the "fame". He always enjoyed sweets to where he learned how to pickpocket coins from pockets just so he could get some gumballs out of dispenser machines. He had quickly figured out that wizarding currency wouldn't work in the Muggle world, so he taught himself stuff that would come in handy, on the streets at least if anywhere.
